We do not ask for your full street address on the website form.

Why we collect it

We use this information to assess whether your project appears to be a good fit, respond to your request and discuss next steps if appropriate.

How photos are used

Photos help us understand the condition and type of items you may want to sell. They are used only to review your request and communicate with you about the service. Please avoid including IDs, financial documents, family photographs, street addresses or other unrelated private information in item photos.

Customer portal accounts

If you are invited to the Deklutr customer portal, you may create a sign-in session using a passwordless email link through our authentication provider. Portal access is limited to projects linked to your account after invitation.

For invited customers, Deklutr may store approved project, item, photo, listing and sale-status information in a cloud database so you can track progress. Customers may see only projects linked to their account. You will not see internal staff notes, pricing research details or other internal operating records through the portal.

Security cannot be guaranteed absolutely. Contact Deklutr if you need an access change, a correction or a complete project statement.

We do not sell personal information

Deklutr does not sell your personal information. We use submitted details to assess and respond to your request.

What not to submit

Please do not send unnecessary personal information. Avoid sharing government ID numbers, payment details, passwords or sensitive documents through the form.

Retention

Inquiry details are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, manage a related project or meet basic business record needs. Uploaded images are not stored permanently as a client inventory system on this launch website.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information in transit and in the tools we use to receive inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute protection.

Correction or deletion

If you would like to correct or request deletion of information you submitted, contact us using the free review form or any contact method we provide. We will respond within a reasonable time.
